Allison Dining Commons Booklet

This booklet served as Northwestern Dining’s submission to National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS), designed to present residential dining concepts. My responsibility was to craft a theme, choose photography and use the copy provided to construct each page in a unique way. In order to elevate visibility, I chose a Northwestern University themed approach while tying in elements from the dining halls such as graphics used in the space. The final phase was to prepare the native file for prepressing by working with the vendor’s specifications to ensure an accurate print outcome.
