Bunzl United serves as the umbrella term for the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion department. Designing a symbol that embraces people from diverse backgrounds can be a challenge, but I successfully created an element that achieves this goal. By incorporating a cluster of uniquely colored hands that both celebrate individuality and reach out collectively, I conveyed a powerful message through the graphic, which embodies unity, inclusivity, and the strength of diversity.
