Northwestern Dining Allergen Guide
As part of Northwestern Dining’s initiative to promote inclusive dining, I was tasked with creating a comprehensive guide for students. To maintain a sensitive approach, I avoided using imagery of people and opted for food photographs, allowing viewers to focus on the essential information. The use of hexagons, a recurring theme in NU Dining’s publications, carries symbolic significance as it represents communication, integration, reliability, and dependability – all aligned with the company’s mission of fostering inclusive and open environments for students with diverse dietary needs.
