Northwestern Dining Sustainability Booklet
The sustainability booklet created for Northwestern University Dining was a vital component of their participation in the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) competition. Designed to support their essay submission, the booklet showcased a clean and mature theme with watercolor textures as a theme. For each section I selected photographs that helped tell the story of Northwestern Dining’s sustainability efforts. Adhering to guidelines, I followed the photograph limit and evenly distributed images across all 14 pages.
